Check out our backpacker cabins. These are the standard cabin equivalent of the Kiwiana. They cater to the adventurer who wants the no-frills, dorm-free approach. They save you a dollar, we even provide the bedding. Have a great night’s sleep, with comfort and privacy and out be of the elements. Heater, electric blanket, sheets, blankets and pillow provided.

A great place to eat, be merry and be happy.
After a day of adventure, take a break and a brew and enjoy our spectacular valley vista and sunset from our fireside lounge or large covered deck. Listen to the famous bellbird dawn chorus and the unique calls of the brown whistling frogs.
Our Airstrip
Now you can fly in and take advantage of our airstrip - fly in, order a scone and coffee and check out the wonders of The Catlins. Oh, and by the way, you'll be welcome back for our September Frog Fly in.
